data: 21.05.04 primarily designed to keep you quiet
This is primarily to keep you bastards quiet for a few weeks until we unveil the video to Autopia. I decided that since Autopia is going to be on all the music channels, and is therefore likely to become a bit obsequious, I'd stick up a more challenging track for those of you - like us - who like to thumb your noses wantonly at mainstream culture. This is for the 1337 (and if you have to ask what 1337 means then you're not 1337). It should, if my tech skills haven't completely deserted me, start playing as soon as you visit the page.

Some details for those who care: this was the last guitar-based song we wrote in Alienistic; it begins in one place and ends in completely another; style-wise, it's the centrepoint of the album. This song is what happens when you stretch the limits of your abilities as a live band until they snap. It's also one of the only live tracks that wasn't re-recorded to a click because there was something about the original performance that had something indefinable. Nothing was sequenced or sampled on this song - everything you hear is played live on bass, guitar, drums, old fucked up synths, and vocals.

No Roland JP8 String presets were harmed during the making of this music. I truly hope you like it.
