UK nu metal hopefuls miocene finally get around to releasing their debut CD and it doesnt disappoint.  6 songs of tool style heaviness, the best of which is the atmospheric ‘shine’.  recent live shows have confirmed that these guys can really rock out and if they leave the tool comparisions behind, refine their sound and concentrate on their own strengths they could be world beaters.
